Dr. Larkin runs three organizations focusing on menopause care: CMC: A multi-specialty women's health practice, Ms. Medicine, a national network advancing evidence-based women's healthcare, and HerMedicine, a nonprofit that trains health practitioners about women’s health. She is also past President of The Menopause Society.
